Since opening it's doors five years ago, Dough has been striving to push the boundaries with our creative pizzas. Our bases arrive in the building in the form of bags of , '00' white, whole-wheat & rice flour, olive oil and yeast, with everything on our menu made with extra helpings of love and completely from scratch by our own Dough chefs. These same chefs who are continuously playing with our recipes and toying with ideas to create the perfect Neapolitan style pizza.
Award winning in our first year. Even better in our fifth year and still completely independent, we pride ourselves on the knowledge we have gained over the past 5 years perfecting our regular, gluten free and whole-wheat dough.

Please Note : tables booked separately cannot be joined as they may be in different parts of the restaurant.

We accept City Scene and Gourmet Society Cards when booked in 24 hours in advance.
We currently do not accept City Scene or Gourmet Society in December, Special Events, Bank Holidays or after 5pm Fri & all day Sat.

Smoked Salmon Mousse GF(served with focaccia)
A creamy smoked salmon mousse infused with a hint of horseradish, served with a rocket salad and Melba toast.
Spiced Chorizo GF/ DF
Thick chunks of spiced chorizo cooked a rich tomato sauce, served with a slice of toasted focaccia.
Rocket & Fig Salad V/GF/DF
A fresh peppery rocket salad with roasted figs and a light balsamic dressing.
Baked Camembert GF
Oven roasted Camembert with a brush of garlic oil and served with slices of toasted focaccia.
Parmesan Gnocchi GF
Homemade potato and Parmesan gnocchi served with a rich tomato sauce, basil and topped with Shavings of Parmesan.
Classic Bruschetta GF/DF/V
Slice of freshly baked focaccia, topped with tomatoes, red onion, basil and drizzle of garlic oil.

Turkey, bacon, sausage, spouts and stuffing drizzled with cranberry sauce.

Crumbled feta cheese with sweet cherry pepper dews, caramelised onion, fresh rosemary and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.

Mozzarella and our signature tomato sauce topped with fresh basil.

Slices of smoked salmon with mixed spinach leaves and capers berries.

Torn pieces of chicken breast, mixed peppers, pine nuts and pesto with a drizzle of chilli oil to finish.

Sun-blushed tomatoes, torn buffalo mozzarella, rocket leaves and shavings of Parmesan.
Pea & Mint Risotto GF
Risotto infused with fresh gardens peas lifted with a hint of fresh mint and Parmesan to finish.
Plain Arrabiatta GF
Tagliatelle pasta coated in our spicy tomato, chilli, garlic and herb sauce.
Cous Cous Salad GF DF
Apple soaked cous cous with mixed peppers, raisins, spring onions and fresh parsley.
Almond & Pear Tart
Served with pouring cream.
Smooth chocolate tart served with pouring cream.
Christmas Pudding GF
Served with brandy cream.

Topped with a biscotti crumb.
No pre-order is required.
A minimum of £5 per person deposit is required to secure the booking.
As all dishes are made fresh by hand some may become unavailable, if so a suitable alternative will be offered.

To the best of our knowledge, we serve all GM free foods
Dishes may contain nuts or traces of nuts
Our gluten free bases are prepared in our kitchen with no wheat flour present.
We will try our utmost not to use wheat flour and any gluten products near these pizzas during the cooking process.
All of our prices include VAT but no service. However a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to parties of 6 or more adults, whether you include it or not is entirely up to you. All tips go straight to your server.
